We understand that shopping online can be challenging when relying solely on images and descriptions (images are for illustrative purposes only). At Black Amber Supplements®, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your items, provided the following conditions are met:
Changed Your Mind?
We accept returns under these conditions:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All products must be in perfect, resalable condition: clean, undamaged, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- For clothing items, they must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging (clear bag).
- Free items included with your purchase must also be returned to qualify for a full refund. If not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your returned parcel is received and inspected to ensure all criteria are met, we will issue a refund or exchange. Please allow time for refunds to process and appear in your account.
Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the items arrived faulty or damaged. If this applies, please contact our Sales Team to resolve the issue: sales@blackambersupplements.com.
- We do not offer collection services.
