• UK standard shipping is currently £4.49 for orders under £50.
• UK standard shipping is free on orders of £50 or more, so a single £49.99 item does not qualify by itself.
• Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. The current checkout estimate may include handling time.
• Available delivery services, delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email after checkout.
• When tracking is available, shipping updates will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
• Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If something is wrong, contact us quickly so we can try to catch it before fulfilment.

International availability

International availability will be handled through approved distributors and verified stockists as they come online. Official distributor and stockist routes will be listed on our official store and Where To Buy pages.

If a distributor or stockist is not listed by Black Amber, treat the official Black Amber website as the safest source for product information and authenticity checks.
