Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies where subscription, auto-lock, subscribe-and-save or other purchase option services are available through Black Amber Supplements.

Managing a subscription

• You can manage, pause or cancel an active subscription through the account or subscription management link provided by Shopify, our subscription provider or your order emails.
• Subscription discounts, delivery frequency and product availability may vary from one-time purchase pricing.
• To avoid a future renewal charge, cancel or change the subscription before the next billing date shown in your account or subscription portal.
• If a renewal order has already been processed, contact us quickly at sales@blackambersupplements.com with your order number so we can review what is possible before fulfilment.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future scheduled renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders already placed.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
